“Umbria Colli Martani Biologico PDO”, an organic extra-virgin olive oil, is made from a blend of different varieties of olive: Moraiolo, San Felice, Leccino, and Frantoio.
The olives, which grow on dry, stony Umbrian terrain, are harvested by the 15th of January each year, and milling is carried out within 24 hours of the harvest. This guarantees the freshness of the fruit and the preservation of fragrances and flavours of the newly-picked olives.
“Umbria Colli Martani Biologico PDO” has a colour that ranges from dark green to yellow, a fragrance that resembles fresh fruit, and a taste rich with bitter and fruity notes.

Filtered Organic Cold-Pressed Olive Oil
“Chianti Classico Biologico PDO”, an organic extra-virgin olive oil produced at the Grevepesa Olive Mill, is made from olives cultivated in the fascinating Florentine hills between the towns of San Casciano Val di Pesa and Greve in Chianti. The olives used to make this oil are harvested and carried in crates directly to the mill, where they undergo a rapid transformation so as to preserve their unique flavour and fragrance.
"Chianti Classico Biologico PDO” boasts a brilliant colour combined with a slightly grassy fragrance reminiscent of fresh vegetables. It has a well-balanced, elegant, and rounded flavour with a hint of artichoke-like bitterness.
Recommended uses and storage: an excellent olive oil that can be used to accompany the traditional Tuscan cabbage and bean soups, but also as an ingredient in a simple oil and salt and pepper dip for vegetables, and even as a creative note on a dark chocolate cake.

Filtered Organic Cold-Pressed Olive Oil
“Terra di Bari PDO organic extra-virgin olive oil” is made from the olive varieties Ogliarola Barese and Coratina, both native to the countryside in central Apulia.
The olives are harvested by the 30th of January of each year, and are milled within two days of their arrival at the olive mill. This guarantees the freshness of the fruit and the preservation of the fragrance and flavour of the olives.
Terra di Bari PDO organic extra-virgin olive oil is characterised by a dark green colour and reflections of yellow, a sweet, fruity fragrance, and a flavour offering hints of the freshly-harvested fruit, with a bitter and slightly spicy note.
Recommended uses and storage: its character, its flavour, and its fragrance make Terra di Bari PDO organic extra-virgin olive oil the perfect choice for hearty dishes such as roulades, bean and lentil soups, and cream of vegetable soup, or to highlight its own characteristics, as a condiment for toasted bread, vegetable salads, and traditional Italian bagels (“taralli”).
